Carpeted and huge rooms, pleasant staff on the service they provide. Marvellous and beautiful location, a short way from everywhere.

The units were high quality and the staff were decent people on the service they provide. Fab and stunning location in the center of a recess, met standards.

Staff is pretty friendly and efficient!

The property is clean and quirky. The double room is en suite and has a lounge area, coffee-making facilities, and armchairs. The hotel serves a made-to-order breakfast.

Excellent breakfast and lots of goodies. Really good facilities in general, magnificent location on the outskirts of Ross-on-Wye. A perfectly pleasant stay during our visit.

The location was great, next to pubs and bars. A river and a forest were next to the hotel. The restaurant here was charming with quality cuisine like this Craig and Cath, we both ordered excellent dishes.

Homey and perfect hotel with efficient staff on the service they provide. Good and stunning location, we were right by the Yaks And Yetis restaurant, the town centre, and Ross and road network. 

Well-appointed and nicely furnished room and fairly clean bathroom with a shower and necessary toiletries. Satisfactory made-to-order breakfast - something for everyone. First-rate service, amazing location in the Ross-on-Wye area.  

It was gorgeous and clean hotel with a Michelin-starred restaurant. The room was carpeted, huge and had a lounge and tea/coffee making equipment.

Make sure you stay in the double room with these photos, slippers, as example.

It was surely a very relaxing stay on our christening weekend of our new BMW z4 MOLLY D. Had unique, huge room with a bath and the Pixie Apple bedroom. The location was great, a 10-15 minute walk

It was brand-new, great-sized and with the garden beyond. We walked everywhere, the location was beautiful and wonderful, in the restaurant for the two nights.
